In addition to being an outstanding Forensic Accountant, Mike O'Shea is a virtuoso at moving the Africa/ASA goal posts!
On March 9, 2022, Mike stated: "ASA expects to have a fully operational beta site by the end of Q2 2022 and expects to be revenue-producing before the end of 2022.”
Later in 2022, this was amended in an OTC Stockz "article" to: "Xcelerate & Afiyasasa Africa LLC expects its fully operational beta sites to be successful by the end of Q4 2022 and estimates that revenue will start to flow in early 2023."
On January 3, 2023, Mike changed this date to "Thanks to the continued efforts of Dr. Elegalla and his team in Tanzania, the software for the AfiyaSasa program has been translated to Swahili and the end user apps are nearly complete. We anticipate being able to go live with the program by Q2 of this year."
On March 14, 2023, Mike changed this date to: " ... we anticipate commencement of a revenue stream from this project by Q4 of 2023”
On June 8, 2023, O'Shea stopped predicting a date for commencement of "revenue stream", but did say "The system is expected to go live in mid to late July"
Since the last statement above (almost 1 year ago), I cannot find any references to the Africa/ASA project in any press releases.
However, in the audited FORM 1-K/ANNUAL REPORT filed 2 weeks ago, we read:

We anticipate revenues from these agreements to commence initially in late 2024 or early 2025, provided that sufficient working capital is available. There are no assurances this will occur ..."
This is some impressive goal post moving!
