Looks like N95 responded to the Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award last Friday.
At this point it appears that both parties have put forth their best case, on 5/29/2024
both parties should be presenting their oral argument in front of the Judge.

Hopefully at that point he should be able to make his decree based on everything
presented.

It's been a long road lets hope this doesn't become:
