Even he claimed as a well-known author, I suspect it is not against law. But impersonating as a former soldier or a former government employee with the intent to deceive is a crime in both UK and the US. Of course, using other people's medical records without consent to deceive is no doubt a crime too.

Firstly, I never stated that I was a well known author. I said that I was co-authoring a book with a Neurologist, who himself intends to write a Paper.
As much as you attempt to twist the narrative to match that of your own fevered imagination, it won’t work mate.

As I have stated previously to you, if you suspect me of a crime, surely it’s incumbent upon you to collate all your ‘evidence’ and present them to the Authorities, in the Jurisdiction you deem appropriate.

If you don’t, you’ll just continue to come across as a toothless, crusader ?
