That sure is an understatement. He usually appears so disheveled and poorly dressed, that people would probably give him loose change if he had an empty cup of coffee and decided to sit down. He dresses like he is going to a 1800s ballroom dance from a Jane Austen novel.

No wonder noone takes this guy seriously. Before you ask why I’m still here, it is for one of 2 possibilities. The first, which seems slim to unlikely, would be to get wealthy if the company gets a CNS drug approval. The second would be to serve as a plaintiff and make sure Missling and his officers spend some time picking up bars of soap in a Federal prison shower.
