SEC rules re: purchase of Stocks. SEC 13F SEC 13D / G rules.

The SEC's Form 13F must be filed quarterly by institutional investment managers with at least $100 million in assets under management.

(SEC) Schedule 13G form is used to report a party's ownership of stock which exceeds 5% of a company's total stock issue.
Schedule 13D is a form that must be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) when a person or group acquires more than 5% of a voting class of a company's equity shares. Schedule 13D must be filed within 10 days of the filer reaching a 5% stake.

about the only way anyone of them could pull off a "Buy Us Now" would be if we had some crazy multi millions of shares traded in one day. Then within 10 days required notification.

In Whalewisdom link below you can sort the filings by Date or by Who owns how many shares etc.

As a general statement it looks like we are UP around 800,000 shares owned by the Tutes at end of 1st qtr vs end of 2023.
