Nope.

The company will likely be sold shortly after approval so the aging board can take a nice vacation to Hawaii or settle there if they feel for it.

Just because they say franchises doesn't necessary means they intend doing it, more like a sales promotion, showing the options with DCVax.

12-15$ a share should do it.

But we will eventually find out.
