Subsequent to raising the 2021 financing (see MD&A), the Company [XTI Aircraft Company] identified and hired a number
of engineers (individuals and consultants) who previously served the Company as consultants to establish its core engineering organization. Key individual engineers were transitioned to full-time employment in August 2021. Leading the team is Michael Hinderberger who serves as SVP Engineering and Technology. XTI subsequently expanded its engineering team to approximately twenty-five engineers. The Company also retained consulting firms to provide specialized engineering technical knowledge to complement its in-house team.

A large grift, you say. Go find some proof. Contact those 25 engineer employees and find out if your claim of XTI Aircraft as a scam is a scam. Maybe you'll actually get some proof.
