1/24/2024 is more likely the validation and the start of the clock. It’s common sense to check all the submitted materials first before you start counting/ or assessment. That would be stupid to include the verification of the materials on the assessment count down. The Phase I 80-days if solely for ASSESSMENT and Phase II 70-days solely for assessment & decision.

What if MHRA took so much time validating the material and eat majority of the 80day Phase I time? There’s no way they start the clock in 12/2023. NO.
