Why not do what I did and just rebuy the dip? If you look at the chart this stock is very consistent. It's going to rebound off this floor 100% all they need is one single ounce of good news. If the funding (IDC about the Arizona one) of W.V or the Green Bond come at all it will crack .12 again.

This isn't financial advice or pumping or any of that. But if you look at the chart and see how everything is playing out there really isn't a down side here.

I personally don't believe the Waltons will go through with that deal, they've been known to leave people to dry before. W.V though, I don't like the governor, or the state, or its economy and practices, but I imagine something will come to fruition there.

The Michigan one is stuck in politics, but it does confirm it's real if the senator is set on trying to make it not happen. If it wasn't real she wouldn't have dedicated her time to writing a bill to prevent it from happening. So, he was definitely going to get funding for that one had she not stepped in to write a bill against it. That one is in limbo, but it shows that something was happening.

I can't say what will happen with the middle east, but I do know, having been there, that they're stupid level rich and spend money on far worse projects. In Dubai they'll leave diamond encrusted Lamborghinis on the side of the road and go buy a new one instead of fixing a flat tire. They're that stupid rich. So, the odds of them getting some form of funding is pretty high. I don't know if it's a full 100,000,000, but I'm all but 100% positive some form of money Will come from that if they are doing what they say they're doing.

Morocco is running as well, though the profit level is still whatever.

What needs to happen from here is they absolutely need the funding, but they also need to refrain from pulling an ALPP and blowing all that money on wasteful projects and assets. They absolutely need to rid themselves of any extra notes, or toxic debt and they 100% should buy back all the dilution shares they issued instead of a reverse split. After that they need to be conservative with the funds as they build out the key projects. If they do all of that they should have a clean run.

But, I'm not the boss, or the owner of the company, so it's really up to them on whether they wanna pull an ALPP/COSM or be honest and successful.
