Agreed. Aesthetics is a vanity business with an overrepresentation of unscrupulous CosmeticMDs who ignominiously revel in keeping the best product from their patients while taking kickbacks from their suppliers. Most doctors who have what it takes to be a neurologist don't end up as some CosmeticMD counting units and selling beauty treatments out of a strip mall.
