TEXT ORDER - This matter is before the court upon notice from defendants' counsel on May 10, 2024, of a discovery dispute regarding plaintiffs' alleged failure to respond fully to interrogatories and requests for production. Having reviewed the correspondence between the parties and materials referenced therein, the court determines that informal conference by telephone is unlikely to aid in resolution of the disputed issues. Accordingly, in this instance, the court dispenses with requirement, set forth in the court's case management order (DE 33) of convening such a conference with the court. If defendants wish to proceed with advancing issues complained of in discovery, they may move to compel within 14 days of the date of this order.
