Like you said, there has been delayed, NWBO is telling us it is not their fault, and the clock would start Jan 24 or Mar 7. They are curently in an RFI or they expect an RFI coming up, which could bring Aug-Oct timeframe for approval. This is why ASM in June, to inform the delays.



If the RFI still needs to come up then why would they tell us they have not amended the application? That is a very strange thing to say if there was zero reason to change the application.
