What a shame the bogus suit is continuing.

As previously reported, three stockholders filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery three similar derivative lawsuits against the Company and certain of its directors and officers,



This is in discovery....The company should verify if any of the 3 stockholders work for the MM's.....That would add a twist!!
