Gusher, "nonregistered shares", yeah that's a laugher. It isn't the first rodeo for these guys. Been caught doing much the same thing two other times. I think the jig is up this time around. What is it~? 3 strikes your -OUT-~?

Whatever some people say about Gensler, including William Ferrand, he is trying to implement the CAT system as currently written, while the Citadels and Virtus are fighting like hell not to have the CAT as written in place. Too much transparency where
MMs cannot hide what they do with orders. Where they trade FTDs back and forth between one another through ISDA contracts. CAT if unchanged ("they" voted on certain changes earlier this week that would allow them a loophole in CAT) will
really mess them up to where they are in fear of CAT in its present form.
Let's hope CAT remains as written with no changes to it, and that this "vote" was squashed~!

Another thing coming is T+1. They don't like that either. And if the auction Gensler has proposed goes through Citadel and Virtu get no more money on order flow because they don't control the orders anymore.

This is why Gensler is demonized and Kenny/Dougie would love nothing better than to have him out.

All of this ties into $DBMM because they do they same thing with every single ticker out there.
