Is DBMM over $5M in debt, between loans and salary obligations? Yes, they ARE!
Has DBMM borrowed money EVERY QUARTER, just to survive? Yes, they HAVE.
The reason for that borrowing is clear! A very meager revenue stream from Digital Clarity and spending more than they take in!
Has DBMM had a LOSS from operations EVERY YEAR they have been in existence? Over twenty years of very RED bottom lines? Absolutely they have!
Has DBMM RIPPED through almost $18M in accumulated deficit spending over the last 20 years - with absolutely NOTHING to show for it? Not even a thin red cent of profit in ANY operating year? That is ALL true!
Recently, Digital Clarity talked about "representation" in Irvine CA! That was two weeks ago. They have not mentioned it again, even in the recent "conference" they participated in. They never told ANYONE WHO this "representation" is, or what they expect it to contribute (revenue-wise) to the company. No one even knows what this "representation" IS!
Same thing with the big news about this 1 ovmany "alliance". What EXACTLY does "1 ovmany" DO? What will this "alliance" add in revenue to DBMM??? It certainly isn't clear at all, if it will add ANY revenue. Yet that didn't even mention this at the conference. Reggie looked like he was more eager to talk about "bashers" rather than talk of the business.
How about the recent loss of DC's big client over in the UK? That absolutely DECIMATED the UK revenue intake for the 1st Q. Are they going to get it back? Doesn't look like it. And that has GOT to hurt DBMM, as the revenue stream DC is providing is meager at best.
Can you find ANYTHING to say about these very important and RELEVANT FACTS concerning DBMM and Digital Clarity?

I'm quite sure the only thing you will do now, is throw your little sticks and stones and talk about other posters on the board.
Investors KNOW WHY too. You can't find anything to defend DBMM WITH. And there's good reason for that. There IS nothing.
