So just as a conversation starter and interested in your thoughts. When the share count goes up 2.1m in one day, yet the exchange shows only 850k changed hands yesterday, I assume the rest of the shares were traded in the dark pool? Thoughts?


Shares go up when the company issues new shares for any reason. The initial transaction of issuing them is not a market sale (unless via an ATM). So the newly issued shares are not in themselves market volume.

Even if the shares are being flipped by whomever they are issued to the volume and share increase dates will not align for several reasons.

BTW, despite the bogus post by one long, most shares are not being issued for warrant conversions. This has been shown in all recent 10Qs. We will see again in a day or so.
