We don't know that. Do you~? How~? Seems that Kramer family office does many illegal things. Until it is proven otherwise don't discount anything a two-time recidivist violator of the federal securities laws would do.

Why are there so many trying to take $DBMM down on this MB if there is nothing to the synthetic shares~? If there is nothing to lose~? Let the dead dog lay there. BUT there is something here, the fish rots from the head, keep spinning the fiction that $DBMM was not naked shorted. It is my opinion that it was naked shorted in massive amounts.

Deniers keep denying. Still no explanation for the MASSIVE volume in $DBMM 2014, 11.77 BILLION shares traded that year.
