PUMA is currently fourth on the bid and ask... MM's do NOT keep an inventory of penny stocks. They borrow from an MM with blocks to dump for Insiders and toxic lenders, traders, then fill the buy order, then cover the MM they borrowed from to cover. All happens in minutes, and all done by computer. The end the day flat.
