Perhaps they had offers for Clone 3 / 7 and Harry disrupted any potential deals. Maybe it became apparent they didn’t need the ITV1 / Clone 3 combo bc they realized post merger it was junk. Or maybe his shady past held up potential deals, or the fact they were still on the otc. Could be that a deal for Clone 3 / 7 was contingent on uplisting to a reputable exchange first. May have been a combo of the above. They probably have many more options with Harry out of the picture, that I’m sure of.
