How would it legally work to oust Harry and how realistic I wonder? Keep in mind there’s still the Z trust and others as well that could file suit to stop any attempt to take back ENZC. That’s if Harry himself doesn’t drag this out for years in lawsuits. I’ve said it before, but he seems like the Savov type that will refuse to let go and continually tie up progress in lawsuits. Also wonder how far they can go staying within the law to oust him. Is he even a US citizen or only a citizen of Bulgaria? Has he even been in the states once this entire time post 2020 merger? Could that also complicate things bc of varying laws between countries? Why would this seemingly complicated route be the best option, rather than just finding a new clean shell to take Asnexus and Clone 3/7 whatever public themselves. Then issue shares on their own to prior ENZC longs based on a date of record, if they decide they still want to “do right” by us. Just thinking out loud…
