Their burn rate is immense and they did zippo to indicate they have a solid/crisp/*measurable* plan forward. Zippo. Eg they needed:


A) set of metrics. Eg: number of accounts reordering after order previous quarter, brand new accounts

B) crisp plan to incentivize end consumer retention. And separate plan to incentivize first try. (Over time you can shift balance between the two)
