This company is attacked because it has repeatedly set expectations for release of a real product (trial) with a real customer followed by mass commercialization.

Agreements in 2023 followed by more shortly into 2024.

Zero, zilch, nothing but lip service from the CEO and a bunch of ‘true longs’ who believe it is an act of disloyalty and worse to hold the company accountable for its messaging

Let the company reveal something of actual substance. Let’s see how that goes for them.
