Knowing that DBMM will be out of business soon when the judge dismisses the company's request to alter his decision means many many investors will be caught holding worthless shares... and this decision can happen at any time!

That is a risk few are willing to take!

It is like picking up pennies in front of a train knowing darn well most
are going to get run over by it!
