Something that bothers me and doesn't make sense..(unless).The nature journal article is just a peer reviewed summary of the combo trial. That would mean results of the trial are allready well known by certain partys and have been for a while.. Why havent the results been trumpeted around the world, especially by those who financed the study? The article took months to complete and publish. Right now the only logical conclusion I can come up with is no buyout or it would have allready occurred and the published results would have benefitted the B/O company. So I have to think they will merge with LPs other company (sorry, not exactly sure of name ) after approval. Merge, uplist, and go it alone with the new company having multiple partnerships. This would put the new company in the catbirds seat since their patents are approved for many years to come, while patents such as keytruda are coming to a close. The new companys position will only get stronger through time. I am concerned about the age of NWBOs board, but possibly the new company would hire a younger board, send the older ones off with a nice stock package, and move the new company into the future with dc vax becoming SOC for multiple illnesses. Approval, ASM, Asco, partnerships, and merger announcement would be the firestorm of PRs possibly that we were once promised.
The old excuses for no B/O yet dont make sense. The main one being shareholders would not approve takeover of a company with unproven product, yet how many times have we seen a company getting taken over in phase 1 or getting taken over before approval?
Either LPs price is too high or she has another plan. Getting manufacturing up to speed, submitting to MHRA, delay in ASM, new hires(not in NWBO), and change of status for other company would all be part of that plan. But just my opinion trying to look at it logically.
