I understand that you need a certain number of shareholders to go public. Given that, I do not think the purpose of the dividend offer was to reward shareholders. It appears as though it were a desperate attempt to reach a shareholder threshold that they probably were not going to meet otherwise.

The dividend was already reduced by 35% and given the absurd volume (dilution ?) that has been occurring of late the ratio of TSOI shares to CNSI shares will be even lower come May 15th.

What do you find so impressive about Raymond's background? Like many people he is paid to source capital for private and public companies. TSOI DEFINITELY needs that. They do not appear to have been very successful in that regard to date and startling dilution remains their primary (unsustainable) funding source. It would also appear they have an immensely upward climb facing them.

If TSOI has a MC of ~2.8 M, pps of .0006 and horrible fundamentals, what do you think a TSOI sub with an even shoddier track record will open at? Why hasn't CNSI been able to acquire shareholders via more promising approaches? Didn't Dixon threaten to take everything private? Why are they trying desperately to take another company public given TSOI's woeful performance to date in this environment? Are Ichim and Dixon cut out to be officers of publicly traded company?
