Yesterday's close shows long holders continuing to liquidate their positions. Price will probably continue to go lower to find demand. The long term support at the range bottom seems quite strong but I cannot find any research on what catalysts there are coming up to fuel demand interest. I don't think bitcoin is going to zero at all. It seems to be just another asset class to trade. I started to look into why the bitcoin etfs were created. I didn't really understand it but why would you want to hold an actual bitcoin in cold storage when you can buy shares in an etf or hold bitcoin futures contracts long? While waiting for a tigger to go long on bitcoin, I'm still asking the question...what does bitcoin do?
