It really doesn’t have to be deduced. The University has said so clearly when it refers to ATL-DC trials as DCVax-L and same with Dr. Liau. Even this paper says it is licensed to NWBO, clearly indicating it is DCVax-L. But so long as there is a generic reference and these fraudsters can get away with intentionally sowing confusion, they will do so, because for them, such activity is plausibly deniable and profitable.
