Let’s have some fun shall we?? So it’s been 39 days since closing of the tekmovil acquisition was supposed to happen… in those 39 days we broke an uptrend that had started and ended up in EM for the third time in less then a year. The 10k which is probably sitting on ST3’s desk rn is being held out because… because .. because ???

A -they don’t want traders to be able to buy before they announce the big news and make them have to chase since we’re going to open up at half a penny+ ( in my dreams lol)

B- they’ve got something big to announce in this years Q1 ( this goes with option A ;) )

C- they don’t have jack and are just buying time. They’ll file the Q and K get out of expert market and say “when we’re quiet we’re working” then disappear till the fall and hopefully by then they’ve got someone who wants to invest in their $6.50 preferred shares. Then rinse and repeat.
