I believe this one could be nothing more than Holcomb reading false reactive voltages/power from the capacitor banks and has falsely interpreted what he is looking at.

There exist not a valid reason on earth that explains why if the HES devices worked, they would not already be in testing certification at UL, CSA, FM, etc.

ASTRA has not even bothered to do the paperwork requesting the price quote for the fees UL is going to charge them for the independent testing.

That says it all
