I am not certain what part of this you don’t understand or incapable of comprehension

“In conclusion, the violations alleged in the OIP are proven”

https://www.sec.gov/files/alj/aljdec/2019/id1389cff.pdf

Page 8 paragraph 3

One could interpret that the SEC proved its case, but it looks like the rules were changed and the ALJ let DBSCAM’em slide.

I do recognize the present efforts by Linda Perry keeping DBSCAM’em’s filings current, thereby keeping her decades long gravy train alive, in my opinion.

What do you think about this ?

This is pretty damming about Linda Perry

Is there anything inaccurate in what the SEC filed ?

https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/apdocuments/3-17990-event-43.pdf

Is doesn’t appear that Linda fought too vigorously attempting to disprove those allegations. It also appears that DBSCAM’em got off because the rules for these matters were changed.

That’s damn lucky, and in the end DBSCAM’em came out the other end, but those facts about Linda remain uncontested.

That is quite a CEO they have, but you already know that, better than anyone else I bet
