where did you come up with the May 19th date... there is no MUST on any time line for a merger or a LOI... They are free to extend anything and they are not obligated to tell anyone they have in a designated time frame. They can agree to extend it and they he can tell us about it 2 or 3 weeks after they agreed to it.

There is noting in stone on when he must tell us anything... in the past he has done 3 LOI that were announced but they were canceled and the only way anyone found out about the cancelations was to read the Quarterly or Annual filings where it was listed. He never put out any Press Release concerning the cancelation of any of those LOI in 2021 and 2022. He did put out a press release when he completed the OneMind Technology LOI in very early 2021
