First, make the wet tailings dry, through the liquid press. Then the excavator and loader can deposit the dry stack from the ramp that was created to a huge ten foot high dumpster to be removed by the big truck transport. AND here is the good part. Use the dry stack tailings, bag it up , and sell it as underlayment for road development. Use the dry stack crushed rock, dirt, and other mineral , lay is down under the next stage asphalt, run a steam roller, and create a bona fide road, maybe from Amparo/Etzatlan dirt road back to the main paved road. And since there are 4 million tons of this material, bag it up, sell it to road biuilding companies. Create a new corporation , a subsidiary of AABB, and make money in disposing of the dry stack tailings. Underlayment under the asphalt road build up. = $$$$, not costs.
