The irony of all this is simply astounding!

O'Shea spent most of his professional career as a forensic accountant ... whose job is to painstakingly sniff out fraud and deception in accounting. And yet, he made a big bonehead booboo in hiring this disgraced CPA firm. Two interpretations: (1) O'Shea is not quite the forensic accountant he's touted as being, or (2) he intentionally hired an accounting firm that would misrepresent financials in anticipation of the oft-predicted period when XCRT actually starts reporting income.
