The James Hicks part is understandable. He spilled the beans about NDA and Chandra got pissed.
As far as speaking out now to random shareholders, I have 3 theories.
1- He is a man of integrity and wants to protect the long term shareholders. Spoke to Charles that gave him a thumbs up that it's legal to speak out and won't ruin the process.
2- This is all one big scam and he's baiting people to dump shares.
3- it's not even Chandra that people are communicating with.
