Maybe not. Kostiner's history shows he knows when to run and get out of a current project situation, and try a new one. If the CCC gang gets ENZC control, I don't think you'd hear another peep about a SAGA involvement, maybe an agreement-dissolution notice by ENZC.
But here I am getting ahead of myself.

Harry tried to sell BGEN and its assets off without shareholder authorization or notice, it was an illegal act. (Not the only one either,) That was one reason SAGA was so easy to let BGEN go and reduce down to just VIRO as an owned sub. SAGA has no money left on this, never had much in the first place. Charles had to come in and finance ENZC's last fully-operational days. Not a pretty situation, and he has the receipts.

If ENZC control is attained by the CCC group, SAGA is nothing more than a whimper and ENZC can get on with it. Harry may sputter up some challenges, or he could run for the hills. Stay tuned to this Bat-Channel.
