The only silver lining I can see for any long shareholders here is if they get a shell for Adnexus or wherever they park Clone 3 and the other assets they got out of ENZC and take it public. Then give some option for discounted shares in that new company if you were a shareholder here as a certain date of record (maybe they’d go by the date of the SAGA deal). That still means the ENZC shares will be worthless, as they basically are now with Harry in control. Like I said earlier, if they really try to fight Harry to regain control of ENZC, it’s going to be the Savov drama multiplied by thousands. Years and years of legal battles and appeals. All while the science sits stagnant and benefits no one.
