Trying to take back ENZC from Harry wound be a monumental challenge and legal mess. At his age, does Charles really want to drag it out for 1-2 years minimum before even being able to get back to any progress on the science IF they could pull it off. Harry isn’t the only one with preferred voting shares. His daughter holds a stack as well as others he’s involved with. Plus, the SAGA mess would have to be resolved first, which could be a year or two alone. It could be 3-5 years until they’d even be able to get back to trying to fund and progress the actual science here. How does that help anyone?! Especially at their age.

Any potential way this eventually plays out, there is nothing short term that will be beneficial to common shareholders.
