Just thinking out loud here, but if the SAGA mess ever officially gets denied, and the Preferred A shares go back to CCC, could they use their power to remove the voting block on those shares, and essentially remove Harry from everything Enzolytics? He would still have hundreds of millions of shares, but his voting power would be the same as any other common shareholder.
I might have to do the math and see the total value of his converted shares would be.
