September 2014, (See In re: Ecolocap Solution, Inc. CAS 29596-C5Y7S4), stemming from a
Commission Administrative Proceeding against Asher Enterprises, Inc. for violation of
Section 5 (a) and 5 (c) of the Securities Act. (File N2 3-15621), and culminating in a press
release dated 25 November 2013 from the Commission (See SEC Press Release 2013-249).
