Probably neither. Word is, shares were being sold off without authorization, and that no share filings have probably been accurate since last summer. What we do know is that Harry authorized a lot of extra shares, and they did not all go to SAGA, and most were sold off for personal pocket-lining, with some MM help.

One reason why his time could be limited. Good job spotting that discrepancy, but it's probably just a symptom of what has been going on.
