Here is the share structure from last month to this month, some changes that need to be looked into, all of the changes in the numbers were in the Unrestricted shares. 25 million... which could be a payment for LOI but no way to know as of yet

Before we hear the Dilution nonsense, remember the average 10 day volume for the stock on E*Trade is 250K And if not for the last week it would be lower then that... one Person bought 1 million shares in one day to up that average. So they have not been dumped.
