Technical correction, Judge would have to allow the intervenor and grant shareholders (owners) their place in the proceedings.

My sister just corrected me after reading my post

If the judge denied it, well then alot of legal fees would be for nothing

I would be interested in what other shareholders and non shareholders think about this
