Is there some obligation somewhere which forces certain folks very unhappy with the Dr./VDRM to hold the stock? I see so many whining/bitching about the Dr. and I wonder why they hold the shares. FOMO maybe? Very simple solution!

The Dr. has put in tons of time, tons of his own money into VDRM and we are close to it paying off!

If I'm not happy with a company, I SELL THE SHARES! Not selling any here!
