Kelly needs to accept responsibility for the share price.

"Negative speculation" on a stock message board isn't "harming" the share price. Lack of revenues, lack of funding, lack of R&D accomplishments and activity, the loss of patent protection, and a bloated share structure harm the company's share price.

A real CEO could possibly make a success out of this company but what are the chances of ever getting a real CEO here?

There are some positives here: a couple of independent researchers are doing good work that might help the company in the future, and the NOPAIN Act might create some revenues in 2025. But without professional management and without patent protection, this little company is going to remain a little company, barely eking out an existence.

Without IP protection, there isn't even a legitimate "buyout rumor" here -- the last-ditch pump of every zombie biotech. Nobody buys a zombie biotech that has no IP protection. There's nothing to buy here but a barely-recognized brand name.
