The company has verifiable contracts and some partnerships with big time DoD Suppliers (Fairwinds Technology). They will get through the CE and regain Pink Current. I saw on twitter that OTC may require additional disclosures to regain Pink Current for companies are designated CE, so the Q1 disclosure in 12 days should make that happen.
