Absolutely correct! THAT and the self serving note/loan deal that the family designed for their OWN BENEFIT. Anyone researching this company reading the financials along with the O/S and A/S and has any knowledge of business and/or investing, will cringe at the sight of those numbers. There is no buffering the fact that this company has been in business over 20 years and has NEVER shown a profit in ANY of those years.

Yes, THOSE are the reasons this trades at this laughably LOW STOCK PRICE.

But here, there are some that think it is the work of the MM's ------ LMAO!
