With Dell's existing customer base, if they can increase sales to them with one stop shopping, given the obvious competitiveness of what ONEMINDNG, has offered to the Saudi deal and other contracts gotten,

NOT SHRINKING is more desirable if growth against the top 10 is not produce able.

It is way too much for my small mind to comprehend in any other big picture way, than to simply see all the essential nuances are incomprehensible for me to see, let alone combine in an understandable comprehensive whole.
