When we were told on 3/5/24 that there were no delays
- THERE WERE DELAYS.

Then we were told the delay was due to government department restructuring.
- IT WAS NOT DUE TO government department restructuring.

Then we were told the bank settlement, transfer was moving right along.
- THAT WAS ON 3/6/4 , TWO MONTHS.. it was not and IS NOT moving right along

Then we were told on 3/13/24 that the WV and Bank working through some language.
- TWO MONTHS DELAY IS NOT SOME LANGUAGE BEING WORKED THROUGH

Then on 3/20/24 we were told that Dan was in West Virginia to take aggressive and proactive approach
to expedite resolution between State and Bank
- ONE AND A HALF MONTHS LATER, STILL NOTHING.

THIS WAS NOT EXPEDITED, SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG AND
CLNV REFUSES TO SAY WHAT IT IS.
