Agree OS.. they have yet to get a definitive agreement signed in any of the previous 3 LOI's in 2021 and 2022 before they were canceled. If Jim can work on getting the Durham definitive signed then he can and will see a lot of support. It will come form those out there who after following this for a few years would have their faith restored in the company... but if he continues to drag his feet its going to get ugly. Perhaps the 980K bid offer is from someone who has an inside to these matters... lets hope its there tomorrow too.
