I also voted against the Sarissa proxy. It’s one thing to armchair quarterback former management. However, for some reason, it felt like Sarissa/Denner were pulling a lot of different levers to swing the vote in their favor. The proxy fight was and still is purely in the best interest of Sarissa and not necessarily in the best interest of AMRN and the rest if its shareholders.

IMHO.
